How to Use App
- Install the Batteries: Install the batteries from the package or pull out the insulator if the batteries have been inside already.
- Enable Bluetooth: Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
- Register Your ID: Register your own ID by email or social media account.
- Add Personal Data: Add personal data and confirm OK.
- Note: Entering the wrong gender, age, height, or improper level may result in measurements being inaccurate.
- Activate the Display: Tap your foot on the scale to activate the display. Wait until the display shows “0.0”(kg/lb/st).
- Step on the Scale: Step on the scale with BARE feet to turn the scale on.
- Measurement Process: The number on the display flashes when the scale is being weighed and analyzed. Continue to stand on the scale until the circle is stable and shows your phone has received all the data from the scale.
- Viewing Reports: You can find the analyzing report on Body Weight, BMI, BMR, Muscle, Bone Mass, etc. (see full details on More data >>). When you click Record, you can see your long-term track chart form. Fitdays supports you to Zoom + the record for every function via the right icon; Fitdays also supports records for recent weeks, months, and years.


User Management
- Switching Users:
- To switch users, click on the icon in the app, or navigate to Me -> Manage Users and add personal data.
- The Smart Scale can recognize which user is stepping on it and remind the user to switch to the correct account. Each account can support up to 24 users.

Weighing Infants
- Baby Mode:
- To weigh a baby, click on Baby Mode.
- Step on the scale by yourself first to get your weight.
- After your weight has been recorded, hold the baby to get the baby’s weight.

Troubleshooting Guide
- Bluetooth Not Connected
- Ensure both the scale and smartphone have Bluetooth activated.
- Check the iOS version of your smartphone; it must be iOS 8.0 or higher, or Android 5.0 or higher.
- Navigate to Me -> Device to find the scale.
- No Body Fat Data Measured When Weighing
- Users must be barefoot to measure body fat.
- Ensure both your feet and the scale are dry.
- Remain standing on the scale until the number display stops flashing.
- Inconsistent Weights
- Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface.
- Check each sensor foot on the back to make sure nothing is stuck to the bottom of it.
- Remove the batteries to restart the scale.
- Incorrect Fat-Muscle Ratio Displayed
- Verify that the body parameter settings are correct. Ensure that you enter the correct gender, height, and age.
- Recalibrating the Scale
- Step on the scale to turn it on and allow it to automatically calibrate.
- Scale Does Not Turn On
- Remove the batteries and reinsert them, ensuring they are in the correct direction.
- Changing Measurement Units
- Change the scale unit via the backside button. The app will then display the weight in the new unit.
