The scale has an automatic recognition function. When the weight is within a +-2KG difference, the APP will remind you to choose the correct user.

If your phone is allowed to update APP automatically, it will update automatically. If not, please check if there are updated versions in GOOGLE PLAY / APP STORE, then update the app manually.

Yes, it is Okay for more than one smart phone to connect on the same scale. Note: In order to get the correct body parameter data, please use different accounts for different smartphones, and it is not suggested that you use them at the same time.
