This means the app does not connect with the scale yet, please check below:
Make sure the network for your smartphone is workable.
The scale must be on status, and the smartphone must have Bluetooth on.
Check the iOS & Android versions of your smartphone; it must be iOS 8.0 & Android 5.0 or higher.
Check the connection status for the home page: Connected or Disconnected.
Please Click “Account’” —> “Device” —> “+” to find and pair the scale once Disconnected showing on the home page.
