After days of torrential rain, it finally cleared up and the Wolai Technology’s 2019 team development training was held as scheduled.
Early in the morning of August 4, the management of the enterprise participating in the development training, according to the plan, gathered early in Wugui Mountain Challenger practice experience base.

Icebreaker – Forming a new collaborative unit
The coach disrupts the original departmental grouping, and players from different departments of the company randomly form a new team.
Within 15 minutes, the team captains were selected, team names, slogans, team songs and formations were displayed.
The scene produced a very different style, high morale of 8 teams, are bound to win the first crown.
The 8 teams were – Team 1: Dragon Team, Team 2: Pioneer Team, Team 3: Rookie Team, Team 4: Against the Wind Team, Team 5: Cheerleaders, Team 6: Nezha Team, Team 7: Green Team, Team 8: Strong Team.
The Nezha team won the first prize in the team demonstration with their neat and orderly display.
Collaboration – Witness the Power of Working Together
When all the team members are on the same rhythm and work together, the efficiency of the team will be greatly improved.
In the session, more than 10 team members were required to put their left and right feet on the wooden boards, and through slogans, they made a concerted effort to drive the wooden boards under their feet forward.
This greatly examined whether the players are in a rhythm with the right force, once someone with the wrong force or not force, the team will become difficult to move forward.
This is very similar to the company’s daily cross-departmental collaborative work environment, when everyone has the same goal, we need to consider the team’s rhythm, the only way for the company to run forward quickly under the same rhythm is for everyone to strictly require and regulate their own areas of responsibility.
The Green Team won the first place in the common advance and retreat session with an organized and smooth forward momentum.
Struggle – each link does not fall in order to score points
After physically practicing the concept of “Going Back Together”, Wolai people ushered in the next upgraded version of collaboration, the combined water bomb.
Teams were divided into 5 transportation links, the water bomb using towel transportation to the last person in charge to score points.
If any one of the five stages goes wrong, the team’s efforts will go down the drain and the team will not be able to score any points.
This is just like the collaboration in our work in general, to achieve the performance goals rely on each department within the enterprise is responsible for the end, research and development, production, quality, business interlocking each link is strict not to slacken.

After the end of the team competition, Wolai people once again cohesion force, in the training base of the blue sky and green land pulled up the magnificent power circle.
