In order to improve the quality of the company’s products and enhance the quality awareness of all staff. on July 6, 2022, Chenbei and Wolai held the 2022 QCC kick-off meeting. Customers Luke, Charles, Max, Mr. Gao, Quality Center, Production Operation Center, and other QCC team members participated in this meeting.
Luke pointed out that by carrying out QCC QC circle activities, we can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, make full use of the staff’s wisdom and experience, and continuously improve the quality management level and economic benefits of the enterprise; at the same time, improve the staff’s knowledge and personal ability, and increase the company’s reserve force.
At the same time, Luke also brought us two professional knowledge trainings, “QCC” and “5Why”, which introduced the process and steps of QCC circle, and how to apply 5Why to critical factor analysis. The participants were very interested in the training and gained a lot from it.
Dr. Shin Ishikawa said, “Wherever there are people, QC circle activities are suitable. Regardless of the industry or sector, QC circle activities are perfectly suited to the needs of human beings. Everyone has unlimited brainpower resources, everyone wants to realize their potential, and QC circle activities are precisely the use of brainstorming, all staff participation, all speak, put forward ideas and concepts.
After the training, Mr. Gao summarized the kick-off meeting and expressed his strong support for this QCC activity.
